We all set some big goals for ourselves. Sometimes the goals are so ambitious that we become discouraged when we realize that we will not reach them by the date we have chosen, and we then give up. I suggest that you keep reaching for the stars, but also have a reasonable goal that when reached can make you proud.
Here is an example: If you now weigh 200 pounds and lose 2% of that this month, you will have lost 4 pounds by the end of the month. That may seem small but those 2% losses add up, and, in my book, any loss is a GAIN!
