my weight for this thursday was123.2 lbs.... i really am wishing to b back here (active) by the end of this month.... though i am not tracking food & stuff.... but i am sure my calorie intake is not above the range... BUT i am missing my exercises....

just back from two days of business travel - overate and had poor choices for protein fats and carbs on Tuesday, the jury is still out for today.....I am anxious to get back to my routine but I am afraid that my weigh in will not be pretty tomorrow! :(

ditto ! Kulsum I hope that your days become more regular - it can be very stressful when you are too busy for normal routines. I wanted to say that this week for me is going to be hectic and stressful. I have many meetings crammed into my days as well as business travel which always makes it hard to eat properly and exercise.....I will try my best but I suspect that without regular exercise this wek I may not see the scale #'s move too too much...

Congrats to team blue...
As i am quite busy now a days, i just am not able to come here frequently or even b able to track my activities. But i do have my "eating" under control.... though i'm mot tracking anything, i know i am not exceeding my calorie range. I even take out time to do some exercises, though not as much as i used to do.... & i believe i will reduce better weight this time... I hope everything (that is keeping me busy) gets over easily and perfectly....

Kulsum - you have done well! do not hink of this as a small weight reduction. Remember the whopping amount you lost last week...you can't have weeks like that all the time (although I am sure we all want to )

Thank you Kulsum and Jen for your kind words and encouragement. I still have the cold and having to be home alone again this evening...but guess what ? - this time I allotted cals for a small treat that is pre-measured and calculated into my calories for the day...I feel much more in control and happy tonite! So even if I am feeling sorry for myself (sick and bored) I am in control of those awful urges to eat to make myself feel better. This I have to tell you is the first time that I have planned a food treat and I am SUPER proud of myself.

Hi Guys. Heidi.. u got the same problem that i have... eating to kill boredom...!!! that is how i gained so much weight...!!! Need not worry buddy... saying aloud is really good... & we all have times in which we get down the track... the only thing is that we should not make it as a habit... coz then its a problem.... I hope you get rid of you sinus headache real soon. Did you visit a doc? try Inhaling steam 2 - 4 times per day & Stretches for the head and neck.

Hi Team I am just venting here (no need to reply) - I had a 'meltdown' Thursday night which was basically a self pity party. I was feeling flu-ish, sinus headache and was alone and bored....so I ate something like 20 chocolate chip cookies for dinner! What was I thinking! I immediately felt awful and then guilty (so much hard work throughout the week with great nutritional choices!) - anyways I feel better for saying (admitting) this out loud. Somehow I managed to move on yesterday (Fri) and will do my best today (still have major sinus cold headache ). I think it may be the weather (?) - there is areal low pressure system hovering over the city that may be playing havoc with my system....

Hi All Another good day yesterday! Yay! I am interested to see if this will pay off on the weigh in tomorrow.... even if it doesn't I am aiming to go for 21 days strong with managing my calorie ranges and making healthy choices. I have heard that if one can manage to do something for 3 weeks it will be easier to confirm it as a habit. Glad to hear all is going well for you too Kulsum!

Hi BlueTeam! I had a great day yesterday (does anyone care? how is the rest of the team doing?) A Great Day for me meant that I ate within my calorie ranges for each food group and succeeded in getting enough protein and veggies for the day. Yay for me! :0) With a day like that I am motivated to continue the week that way and hope for the best (fingers crossed) for results on the scale....
