I just got measured by a bod pod at a Courthouse (it rotates between locations) and my initial goal weight is a bit high, probably thanks to old age. I am increasing my November goal to be reach my goal of four more poubnds and make progress towards my final goal weight. I'll settle for .5 pounds progress.

My goal is to work through four weeks of the couch potato to 5k running program.....and loose some weight!

I plan to walk at least five miles a week. This will be a challenge because my hips are giving me fits as the colder weather comes on, but the exercise will be good for me.
