I am in a little need of support.. I am moving to a new place so I get more worked up about settling in, than I have time to actually exercise..I get so worked up that I stay up late and sleep in longer...
But it's a proces of baby steps, so I am just going to start slow.. try and go for walks and runs when I can.. And I want to be able to utilize my apartment's gym.. I hope that having a small goal will continue to motivate me... To all of you best of luck WE CAN DO IT!

Goal: run 30 minutes every other day
Goal: 25/25/25 (pushups/crunches/squats) every day
Goal: Be mindful of my portion intake
Goal: Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Goal: Be happy with being me!
