Try a new type of exercise. I like to dance so I play dance games on my Xbox or Wii and it's a lot less like exercise and more fun. Do an activity with a friend something different like water aerobics or Zumba. I think variety makes it easier and your right exercising is hard but I want to move. My weight literally weighs me down and makes me feel heavy. Don't give up -try something new and it could make all the difference in the world. I'm cheering for you
where are you getting stuck? same food choices over and over? exercise rut? what works for me is to make a list of the things that i am doing over and over and swap one of the out. for example, i am the queen of chicken. i can make chicken 300 different ways but I'm sick of the taste so I have given up chicken for a week and am eating a lot more lamb and fish. swap one thing out and it feels like more fun. good luck! I've been working on this for four months, which is the longest I've ever stuck to anything before. Problem is I'm getting bored and slowly going back to my old ways, and the scale is getting stuck. I'm only 10 pounds from my first mini-goal, and I don't want to get stuck here. Help!
Think you will start to feel better once you have a schedule. Right now, you are moving to a new place and still trying to keep up with exercise, and both objectives are stressful right now. Hang in there you CAN do it.
I am in a little need of support.. I am moving to a new place so I get more worked up about settling in, than I have time to actually exercise..I get so worked up that I stay up late and sleep in longer... But it's a proces of baby steps, so I am just going to start slow.. try and go for walks and runs when I can.. And I want to be able to utilize my apartment's gym.. I hope that having a small goal will continue to motivate me... To all of you best of luck WE CAN DO IT!
