Hi Jude - I'm not sure I've understood this challenge. 2011 times this month? 67 times a day?

Hmm - OK - will be weights or resistance band - 3 sets of 20 (plus a few spares) of a body part exercise.

I can join this one with a couple of days credit because I've been toning my arms all week for a wedding outfit.

June 1-4 = Upper arm exercises with 1.5kg weights daily

Choose your own personal thing of minutes/actions/exercises, but aim to do it 2011 times this month.
