Look what you did - do it anyway and nobody will notice - you have been amazing and never gave up - YOU DID IT and give yourself a pat on the back and remember you probably did that bit extra in your normal walking around the house and garden and up stairs etc without even realising it!

I can't beleive what I've done, 30 days in April I was counting 31, so I have failed, I thought I had today to complete my 68 minutes, what a fool I am.

It looks like their's no exercise to be logged today, I've eaten too much for my tea, and feel really bloated, so won't be going the gym, I could do with a walk though, but at the moment the weather is bad and raining, so its still 68 minutes left and only 1 day to do it, I better not fail now coming so close!

I did another walk yesterday evening for 50 mins, really trying hard, to counter the effects of:- Large portion of chips, kettle crisps, large Sunday lunch,and not tracking my food for a few days, I've become complacent, with loosing weight each week, so I must get on track again.
278 - left, on the good side I'm still on target to complete the challenge this month.
Come on we can do it!

Sat - 50 minute brisk walk, I even tried a little jog, walk from one tree to the next, then jog to the next tree, i felt really good after the walk, face like a beetroot, but exhilarated.
10 mins fit ball crunches, and sit ups.

Come on Mandy we can do it, I've not done an aerobics class yet, just concentrated on the gym, for the time being.
I can't believe how I have changed, over the past weeks, since joining the gym, I'm usually a coach potato watching soaps, but now I go the gym instead, its such a transformation, and its improving my self esteem/confidence, I love it, I don't now about me spurring you on, you spur me on!

This week I've been doing lots of lower body strength workouts, cycling, walking and gardening and housework (not just mine but also in my work!)

Need to kick start my aerobics again from 2morow!

Throughout this last week:

Mon: 20 Mins brisk walk, 2 x sessions of cardio = 60 mins, 50 Squats, 25 Calf Raises, 30 reps of Abductions both legs, 30 reps Adductions both legs, 30 Bridges.
Tues: 60 mins Cardio, 10 mins step ups, 50 crunches, 20 Reverse Crunches, 25 modified press ups.
Wed: 90 mins cardio,
Thurs: 120 min Cardio,30 reps Abductions both legs, 30 reps, 30 reps Adductions both legs.
Fri: 60 mins cardio, 100 crunches, 50 Reverse Crunches
Sat: No workout at such, just 2 hrs of gardening.
Sun: Same again, several hours gardening.

Well done ladies, we're making it happen! emoticon

40 minute walk, (20 brisk walking to the gym, 20 leisurely walking back from the gym)and 60 minutes at the gym, work out has changed I do an extra 5 on the rowing machine, and added 2 weight resistant machines, dont know what they are called, but I do 2 x 20 repitions on both of them, then also using a exercise ball, doing 2 excercise, one I have to lie back on it and do sit ups, the other I have to lie on the floor with my legs over it and again do sit ups, working up to 50.

you are too, dont think I will quite make it though, but the way I'm looking at it all the excercise other than the walking is extra physical activity for me, I am really enjoying the gym and tonight I'm going swimming.

I've recently switched from the Village Leisure club, to a Sandwell Leisure pass.( More local & cheaper) I'm now doing 45mins of Aquafit once or twice a week & swimming 3 times a week for an hour each time. The best time is after work on a thursday...at 8.30 there are fewer people in the pool. Did 36 lengths last night. I recon if I count in seconds I might hit the 2010 target. Tee Hee.

Tuesday did 80 mins walk.
Today so far 30 minutes walk plus 5 minutes steps.

Hopefully should be getting a call from the gym in the next few days to arange an assesment and program for me, so looking forward to that, and I'm also intending to start going to the swimming baths.

I'm going to copy you DESYDO! 2,010 minutes of exercise to include at least one of coach Nichole's workout videos! Should be a REAL challenge. Need to do at least 67 minutes per day!

Monday 1st = 10 min Jump Start video, 60 minute brisk walk. = 1,930 mins to go!

not sure about doing anything 2010 times in March but i am going to try to drink 5 glasses of water a day and i guess i can aim for 2010 minutes of exercise again like last month
