yes - I managed to do over 2010 mins of exercise - to think this time last year I was probably doing about 30 mins a week!!

i am going to make a fresh start with my water on Monday as that is the first of the month and will try to drink 155 glasses for the whole month

150 steps, held 2 tins of beans not enough room to do jumping jacks move with my arms so did arm curls instead 720 left.

Just starting the challenge tonight, so I will do 2010 steps (using the bottom step on the stairs) by the end of the month, which I think is 183 a day, to start me off nice and gently, then I will think of something more challenging next month.

just calculated the days left by 2010 again and I now make it just over 118 I need to do, I stopped at 120 last night when I did the challenge, due to my daughter shouting at me,it was 11.30 and she thought the house was falling down with all the noise, so must remember to do it earlier in future!

I don't quite get the challenge-does it mean we just pick something and we have to do it 2,010 times? so 2,010 mins of exercise etc?

brilliant. oh yes i am allowing healing time. not sure i will get much done today as i feel a bit yukky - been awake most the night with a real bad belly ache. might get a little bit of painting done later if i feel up to it if not i have will have a day of rest.

i should have done the same as you and set myself a water goal cause i am terrible and do not drink no where near enough water.

thanks, your doing great on the stepper, i have one of those and hubby just fished it out of the loft for me but not used it yet. in the morning i do my gazelle and take the dog for a walk then i try to fit in some more exercise in the afternoon if i feel like it but not beating myself up if i don't cause i have already done enough in the morning for my daily limit
