Are your goals realistic? Do you need to up them and make more effort? OR are you being completely unrealistic and need to give yourself a break?
Having a specific goal is a great motivator, but not if it is so easy that it does nothing - or worse, that it is punishing and too hard to achieve.
I am going back to basics - get within calorie range, move as much as possible throughout the day and drink that water!
