My 10 things are:-
My handsome, wonderful husband who loves ME.
My beautiful daughter who says when she's older she wants to look like me - how great is that!
My fantastic son who has dyspraxia but tries so hard at everything, he teaches me everyday.
My 2 best friends who support me no matter what.
My extended family - they are lots of us and all watch out for each other.
I am healthy and am striving to keep it that way!
We live in a relatively peaceful time (if anyone watched 'who do you think you are' the other night they'll know what i mean - it must have been so scary.
My sense of humour - which helps me keep sane.
My hubby and I are looking for a new, bigger house.
And finally SPARKPEOPLE !


It's never too late - never too late to start over, never too late to be happy.

Being defeated is often only a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent.

Joy comes from the inside out, not the outside in.

Today IS going to be a good day!

Happiness is not a station that you arrive at, but a manner of traveling.

' If you doing what you've always done, you will keep getting what you've always got'.

I shall blog mine too - it is hard to think - but they are there. It is good to 'count your blessings' and remind yourself that it is the simple things that mean the most.

Even if you do not want to post your thoughts publicly - just spending the time thinking is good.

My boyfriend - he is so supportive.
My children are wonderful - not without heartache or trouble - but in general they make me proud!
I have a great job - my co-workers are lovely.
I have great holiday from my job (term time only).
I have my health - no serious ailments.
I am getting fitter, stronger, happier.
My boyfriend & I will be moving in together.
I am intelligent and I love reading and learning.
I have a car and am no longer limited (I live in the middle of nowhere with a terrible bus service).
I eat well - no more making do!
