Positive Incentives to help me reach my goals: 1. After four weeks of consistently exercising 30 minutes a day (before work on work days) and on the weekends I will buy myself an outfit. (Due on 8/22/16)
2. After I have lost 5 pounds I get to have a pedicure.
3. I will track what I am going to eat for the day in the morning so that I eat smart, stay within my nutritional goals and make smart food choices. If I do this for one month I will take my family on a fun outing
