ok ive signed, i also posted this link at the gym i joined, they have a healthy kids program and the girl told me if i ever heard of any healthy kids sites to post em, i think this qualifys.

Just signed it. This is so important. Kids learn better and are able to sit still and focus if they are given good nutritional food.
