There is also Spark Team for nursing mothers - a good place for supporting each other.

Thanks for the response too! I had looked at Babyfit.com when I was pregnant but had not remembered about post-pregnancy. I feel like I'd rather be on SP for the points system, but I will definitely check out BF for post-pregnancy tips and advice.

Hey y'all - anyone nursing? I have a friend who wanted to sign up for SP but felt like it didn't have info for her. I know that there is a site (sister to SP?) for pregnant/nursing mothers, and I figure someone on this site would know what it is....
Eat [real] food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
