I lost 19 pounds and I'm currently on week 10 of The Writing Diet by Julia Cameron. I have a face to face group called The Sparkling Path Walkers that meet each Sunday for two hours as well as I have my Artist's Way Circle on Facebook that provide support. I am grateful that my Writing Diet goals compliment my goals in SparkPeople.

We read with TAW about creative blocks. Sometimes too much of something even if its a good thing can be a block. This includes food and weight. We can use writing as a tool to unblock and achieve our goals.
