Personally I think that cleaning house, mopping floors, and doing yards should be considered a workout!!! I workout every day through the week at Curves and when I leave there - my shirt is wet. When I do my yards - my shirt is really wet. So I know that I am burning as many calories as I do in my workout - and that is a 500+ calorie workout according to their computers!!!
Haven't done the tarps yet, but got rid of all the wood leaning against the garage. Then I had to get out the hose and spray down all the spider webs and insect debris that had built up behind the wood on the side of the garage. Looks better, if you walk around to look at it.
It's a twofer. Movement, exercise, and making your world a better place.
There's a stack of junk in the back yard from when DIL cleared out the garage. My task: bag it. Next Monday is the large item pickup. They'll take up to six bags. That and the bin should handle most of it.
