Daily would be ideal, but if you just want to check in say, every other day, that would be fine too. Also, I didn't say you had to ballroom dance, just get up! Dance to all the commercials while watching T.V., Put on some tunes while you are cooking dinner and sway to the music. Just dance, yo! If dancing is too much (maybe on your hips or knees) you can put your walking or treadmill on here, but don't use that as an excuse to not dance if you can!
