Did it on the 26th, didn't do it yesterday. I found out how bad the knees have gotten.

I may do it again, though. I liked the music.

Daily would be ideal, but if you just want to check in say, every other day, that would be fine too. Also, I didn't say you had to ballroom dance, just get up! Dance to all the commercials while watching T.V., Put on some tunes while you are cooking dinner and sway to the music. Just dance, yo! If dancing is too much (maybe on your hips or knees) you can put your walking or treadmill on here, but don't use that as an excuse to not dance if you can!

So funny! My daughter and I were just dancing today, she was stuck at my office with me all day , and was bored out of her wits, so we got up and danced. I will take this challenge. Are we checking in everyday everyweek or what?

I would like to see if everyone will take 15 minutes out of their day and DANCE!! You know you wanna! Weather it be dancing with your kids to the Wiggles, Dancing with your Sweetie to some Barry White or just dancing by yourself getting ready for work or a night out. As Lady Gaga say "Just Dance!"

Let's see what we dance too as well. Mark your progress on this board. Please post how long you danced and what you danced to. Let's see who's movin!
