Wow. Leaving the 200's is such a milestone. Good job! (Now if I can only get there!)
I lost 3 pounds--finally. Somehow. FINALLY. Actually, I think the watching the news wiped my appetite. I don't recommend that as a diet, but at least the scale needle finally budged. Maybe it will encourage me to bunny chase?
Count me in - I weighed 182 this morning and I'd like to lose 1 lb a week. There are 7 1/2 weeks left til Easter so that would put my challenge goal at 175! That would be awesome if I can do this...or I should say, when I get to that weight!

Whatever works for you is great! I know some people are at maintainance weight-wise. Toning qualifies as getting in shape, most definitely! This challenge is just to keep us motivated while having fun doing it. My Basset can vouch that chasing bunnies, even stuffed ones, is enjoyable whether or not you actually ever catch 'em. We're flexible.
(Come to think of it, I should work on stretching too....hmmm.)

I'll have to think on this one a bit but what I do know is that I want my more toned abs back. I have had a hard time staying motivated to do my planks and more. I will definitely post this as a goal. Toning my rear would be a huge bonus as well.

Eager for Spring? Oh yeah. Me too! I've lost 35 pounds since starting Sparkpeople but hit a winter plateau.
I'd like to get a jump start on looking better in warmer weather clothes. I'd like to be able to keep up with my dog if he gets a sniff of rabbits. (Don't worry. No bunnies will be harmed in the pursuit of this challenge!)
I'd like to lose at least 5 pounds in the coming couple of months. Want to join me?
We have 54 days til Easter on April 23rd or roughly 8 weeks. We should all be able to lose at least a 1/2 pound a week safely.
.5 pounds x 8 weeks? 4 pounds lighter 1 pound x 8 weeks? 8 pounds lighter 1.5 pounds x 8 weeks? 12 pounds lighter 2 pounds x 8 weeks? 16 pounds lighter
Pick a personal goal, post here if you want, & we can track progress & support each other. No weigh ins unless you want the accountablility. Just post weight lost each week. Discuss how things are progressing --or not!
