you should take your meds regularly we all know that i wouldn't think of forgetting mine and they are right there in the little box with the days on it and the times yes it's a lot to remember but we don't forget our bathroom breaks and meals and so it should be with the meds and for depressive meds it is doubly important we stay on track with ourselvesfigure out a way that works for you and do it faithfully for your good hugs mary

I'm 43 years old and am on 60 mil. of prozac for clinical depression. It works great for me but as I have read others posts, I too tend to forget to take my Med's everyday...Grrr and I can tell! When I take them its usually at 9 in the morning and I do fantastic..Around 9 pm or so I'm getting sleepy..it does put me on a schedule. I was also diagnosed with borderline personality disorder about 16 years ago. I'm not sure if it still exists or not. I also went through 5 years 2xs a week of counseling. Would be nice if the first medication worked and the first counselor we saw was the right one...I had to experiment with Med's before I found the one that was right for me and trust me I went through a few counselors before I found the ideal one!! Don't give up what ever you do cuz that's the easy way out...It will work out eventually just stinks til it happens! Take care!!! Rain
