That's great news!
When you look at your Activity Manager, there are little down arrows on the left side that will expand each section. Expand the section for total calories burned, and there will be a graph with some markers underneath by the times; you can move those to look at what you burned during a specific time frame. I don't know that it's possible to see the calories burned during the whole night as the activity manager shows from midnight to midnight, but you can still get a good idea of what your average calorie burn is when sleeping by looking at the time from when you go to bed to midnight one day and then from midnight to waking the next.
