No forum that I could find....this is the response I got, but it isn't working for me....it is definately only the update causing the problem.: I am posting in case this helps anyone else with issues.
Microsoft Code-10 indicates the drivers did not properly install. There are two parts to this. 1. go to http://www.bodymedia.com/member_services.h tml 2. scroll to Driver Package 3.Click on the "Windows" icon above and choose "Save" when prompted. Save the folder to your desktop. 4.Once the zip folder is saved to your desktop, double-click the folder and expand to a different folder on your desktop. 5.When prompted by the install wizard for the location of the driver, point to the "DriverPackage" folder created in Step 5. 6. Double click the folder and move the folders inside directly to your desk top. Now to install them. Plug your armband into the computer 1. Click the Start button to view the Start Menu and then choose the Control Panel option. 2. The Control Panel window opens up. 3. The System and Security section of Control Panel opens up and you can see the direct link for the Device Manager. 4. Click on the Device Manager and window opens up. 5. Look for a drop down that says "Ports Com&LPT" and one that says "Universal Serial Bus Controller", drop them both down. 6. Locate the "bodymedia" driver under one of those to drop downs 7.Right-click the driver and select "update driver". 8.When prompted tell it to search for the driver or "locate automatically". 9. When it tells you the drivers have been updated, unplug the armband and restart the computer. Yours in health Eric BodyMedia
Unfortunately I'm not much help with this one--I have a bodybugg, not GoWearFit, and I don't have Win 7 currently. Hopefully someone else on the team will respond; does GWF have a forum where you can check with other users? I suspect you are not the only one who has run into this.

I haven't used my Gowear Fit for about a year. Starting using again in last few weeks with no problem. Then I got a message to update the softwrae and now my computer won't recognize the hardware. I've sent several support messages, but they just tell m to guide my hardware wizard to the drivers folder--I do and it installs but still gives the code 10 error. If I uninstall and reinstall from the old install software, it works fine. Anyone else have this problem.
