Hopefully that did the trick; email response from support can be slow, I've found, so if there's a problem, making a phone call has worked better. You may have to wait on hold awhile, but that's better than waiting a day or two for an email response. Sometimes you get a great tech who is right on top of things, sometimes it takes them a bit to help sort things out; often they will give you an extra couple of months of service for the trouble, too, so it's worthwhile letting them know if you have a problem.
