I've been fairly busy the last little while getting our wood in. If slugging wood loading it into a trailer and bringing it up from the bush isn't a workout I'm not sure what is. I do enjoy being in the bush though it's very relaxing. Today I'm taking it a little easy because I have to work tonight and I've been busy all weekend. Hope everyone has a great day.

Did some "creative" modified movements.

Cross country skiing on my ceramic floor, 10 min. emoticon breast stroked throughout the house(arms only) 10 min. emoticon
Road stationary bike 15 min. emoticon
walked 30 min. emoticon
Butt workout 10 minutes. emoticon

I agree about the dancing. I spent most of the day in the doctors office then did more canning when I got home. Tomorrow I will start my fall cleaning to get ready for winter. Now that will be a workout lol

Today I danced for 60 mins woohoo. I love to dance because it doesn't feel like a workout.

Today I did a sparkpeople 8 minute interval video and piled loaded and split wood for at least two hours. That was a workout. They say we can count cleaning I don't usually unless it's scrubbing my floors or something I don't do daily. Happy exercising we can do this.

I find that sometimes I lose motivation to exercise. I make excuses I'm tired I worked overtime etc. This is a challenge to help people like me record their progress. Hopefully we can motivate each other to reach this goal and possibly more. I know one thing for sure when I do push myself and exercise I feel so much better.
