I changed my treadmill workout because of left calf would cramp up on me during workout.
I did 18 mins on treadmill than 3 set of 10 of wall push ups and 3 sets of 20 of ab crunchs with swiss ball and another 18 min on treadmill and stretching. felt great after wards.

this will help my new challenge.

had a bad workout on treadmill my left calf muscle kept cramping up so I had to stop and rest a while tyo get it stop hurting. and i slowed down the treadmill down after getting it up to 2.8 speed. brought the speed down to 2.0 hopefully I can figure out a way to continue the treadmill without it hurting. maybe I am doing too much but at times I feel I am not doing enought.

this will help my new challenge.

35 min on treadmill. went distance of 1.54 at pace of 2.5 to 2.8. areas of belly is shrinking. that is great. Kinda wish amount of inches equals pounds. But it is the shrinking that is feeling great, and more and more i shrink the better I feel.

35 minutes on treadmill at distance of 1.55. I was able to increase speed up to 2.7. and also a good thing that is my shins didn't hurt for the first time since I started this journey.

Happy Valentine's day team. I hope everyone is doing well on there weight lose journey. Just keep moving, even a little bit is better than nothing or even a pound or two. does anyne have a pedometer? I do. I post log in my steps in daily. This helps me and it can help you, and remind you to keep moving. like I wear my when I go to a supercenter store it is amazing how many miles you can do. 35 mins on treadmill. I have two small goals. the first one is increase my speed on the treadmill from 2.5 to 2.6or higher so I can burn more calories and get to my second goal hope by this summer or sooner of 190 pounds. and after the 190's get to another goal weight lost.

I had to go to local store and get a new pedometer the old one wore out I guess it stopped working. The new one is working great. I will be back on treadmill tomorrow. emoticon

did the treadmill this morning using the rolling hills program where it goes up to certain incline percentages during the workout. I went 35mins. my pedometer broke so I need to go and get a replacement for it.

I did my treadmill today. I had a problem with the safety clip. 10 mins in it moved and stopped the treadmill. I started it back up and did 30 mins. 25 mins was a litt more intense speed of 2.7 and did warm up at 2.5 and the same for cool down. the distance was more than 1.32.

this will help my new challenge.

I haven't done the treadmill for the last three days. I know I need to start finding time for me and the treadmill. I seem to have better days when I'd do the treadmill than when I dont. I might have a new small goal is trying to find time for treadmill on days that I need to in stead of skiping. I did the treadmill today 25 min and a distance a little over a mile.

Goalmoto, I really liked your post. I totally understand that feeling. Small goals are best! Not giving up is NOT easy, but I really enjoy the support that this site is giving me. Thanks for being positive! :)

Treadmill 35min went the distance of 1.51miles. I have notice my body is shrinking which is a great feeling. The nice thing about this team is that you know that we can support each other on this weight lose journey together. and try to push our selves and each other. I know I have been trying many weight lose plans and gave up. and this web site mentioned that to make small goals and my main small goal is to not give up and continue with it because you know it take time to lose the weight and alittle bit each day can go a long way. and losing inches means you are losing wieght and on the road to getting healthy.

35 min snow shoveling, we in Northeastern part of South Dakota got 3 inches of snow yesturday. I have a sportline watch that takes heart rate while i shovel an got it up to 157 bpm during the 35min. It felt great.

Hi everyone. Yesterday I did HIIT 15 and Strength 30 from Turbo Fire (45 minutes total) along with the pushups. Today I did Fire 45 EZ and the pushups.

I do have a question for you all, though. Yesterday, I happened to wake up early (odd for me) and decided to do my workout at 5:45 AM instead of 5 PM ish. It was a short workout, but I didn't ever feel as if I had enough energy. I did eat some carrots and drank some water beforehand, but I still didn't feel as if my energy was where it should be. For all of those early morning exercisers, what do you do to counter this? I may start doing 2 x a day some day, shorter sessions, but the AM thing will be hard if I'm not sure what to do/eat. Let me know!

Hey there!

Oh my, I only do knee (modified) push ups at this point! I'm not sure I could commit to full push ups, so I suppose I'm still a bit of a baby. ;) I'm hoping that as I go, I will be able to switch to full. I've just always had better luck with the knee version! I will keep you guys posted. :)

As for exercise today, I did Zumba Exhilarate (60 minutes) - couldn't do the same Turbo Fire workout 2 days in a row, even though I had scheduled it. I figured it was an even trade. Also did those 17 modified push ups.

yesturday did 120mins.got a salsa dvd in wasn磘 as challanging as i thought even my 9 year old was disappointed.also got 3 kilometers on the treadmill.today only done 30 mins.but slipped on black ice yesturday afternoon and a bit stiff to day also in pain,lol.

Hey everyone, more Turbo Fire today. I like the schedule and I plan ahead and always have the next DVD ready to go for the next day. It keeps me motivated! Anyway, I did Fire 45 EZ today (that means 45 minutes) as well as the push up challenge - do 1 push up for the number of day in the year - that means yesterday I did 15, today I did 16 and so on. As the days increase, you don't have to do them all at once - you can break them up into different times of the day as long as you do all of them. It's fun and even better if you challenge other people to do it. :)

I did 25 minuts on the treadmill with music on. I almost got a mile out of it. pretty good huh.

this will help my new challenge.

hi sorry for not posting with zakariya being really ill it slipped my mind.since my 5k i have only been doing 2k everyday but i did do it every day.the times varied between 19.46-22.13mins

Hi all! I just finished Turbo Fire 55EZ - SUCH a fun workout! I was feeling huge today and had a minor mental breakdown, but Chalene always makes me feel good and that I can "do more". If anyone is having some motivation problems, I recommend any workout by Chalene Johnson. I just love her. Have a great night! :)

Welcome Dagnagit, Ginnylv, and Danlin60! I'm so excited that our team has grown! And I'm sure Karen is too.
I had a rough weekend, but I was back on track yesterday and walked/jogged on the treadmill for 35 minutes yesterday. If I can keep the kids healthy today, I'll log in today's cardio tonight.
We can do this!!!

welcome to the team you two.i haven磘 done my exercise yet today a bit down after dr磗 visit(read last two blog)unless you count the walking to and from the dr磗 lol.will try to get it in later.just pigged out on brownie and full fat cream(well if you are going to pig out might as well do it propably)when that settles will do the video for jump start challange and try and do a couple of km on the treadmill while watching the steven seagels film which is coming on on tv in a hour lol.that is if one of the kids doesn磘 wake up.

hi daganet and welcome.the last few days been getting in at least 30 mins cardio and a 10-15 mins sp video for the jumpstart challange.yesturday i did so gar 60 mins cardio as well as some weights.

I only got to do 15 minutes today. Very busy day and forgot i needed 20 minutes. Should've danced 1 more song but honestly, I'm exhausted. But I got 3 days in and I'm sure I'll get my minimum in tomorrow.

Good day for you,Karen. We're gonna rock this month! Just Dance is a Wii game. You mimic the character on the screen as they dance to a song. Every one i've done so far really gets my heart beating. Could be that I'm very clumsy. emoticon

is there such a thing as just dancing,that sounds so as if it is nothing like when i tell people i am a stay at home mother and they say oh just a housewife.you should say.woo hoo i will be burning up extra calories well have fun dancing later,woo hoo

Karen, Don't get too downhearted. I ate everything in sight yesterday also. My teenage sons had friends over and to feed 4 teenagers, I bought cheap junk. Unfortunately, I partook a little too much myself. But I did do 45 minutes of cardio and today with the kids all back to school, I'm going to concentrate on my fruits and veggies and another 30 minutes of cardio.
Don't give up! We can do this together!!! emoticon emoticon
