Yesterday I had 5 servings of veggies from a salad with veggie toppings, but didn't have any fruit.
Today I had only 4 servings of zucchini, carrots, broccoli and cabbage.
While I was stronger on veggies than normal, I left fruit out altogether. It's been a wild past 2 days, but this weekend will be better. We are going to grill quite a bit, and I have a variety of mustard greens, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, apples, bananas and mixed berries. No desserts, just mixed berries and yogurt!
