I had a fresh veggie breakfast this morning - an omelet with fresh spinach and a sliced fresh mushroom.

Stirfry for lunch
Greek salad for supper

Oh and I had some fish too.

Fit that is a smart idea on the grilled veggeis, just may do that i have a bunch of bell peppers and and sweet onions and asparagas :)

I've done well over the course of the weekend with the freggies. We grilled a few times and had grilled zucchini, yellow squash, onions, and mushrooms. I also added mushrooms to my scrambled eggs one morning, and we had mustard greens a couple of times too. We cooked larger portions this time so we would have them on hand and ready when we were.

Dear Lord, set my sights on You and Your great attributes. Help me to live in Your presence, dependent on Your guidance each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

For breakfast i had an eggs benedict (take a beef steak tomatoes and spianche leaves to sub out the muffin) then place the egg and canadian bacon over it with the hollandase (knoor i don't use butter just skim milk) I place it all over a bed of cabbage (3 servings)

Lunch: i had a bed of cabbage about 2 cups, brown rice, tuna and black beans with a pico de gallo. (2 more servings)

Dinner: I had shepperds pie over a bed cabbage and for dessert an apple pie wonton. 2 more servings

Snack was a banana and peanut butter (2)

This was 8 servings and it has been very easy to fill my freggies in. I usually do alot over a bed of cabbage or spinach. daily and my salad dressing is usually fresh made salsa :) It is working and helping me stay full don't feel depreived :) I just blogged about it.

Sounds good, Fit!

I normally do pretty well in the freggie department, but will admit that if I don't watch it, I can slack off. I can also eat too many fruits and not enough veggies.

I had a ton of beets and carrots for lunch today. Not literally of course, but quite a bit. I wanted to find a carrot and beet salad and found a bunch of recipes and tried making 4 of them! My husband and I feasted on carrot and beet.

At other times during the day, I had a banana, half an orange, and half a mango. Then for supper we had pizza with spinach on it.

Yesterday I had 5 servings of veggies from a salad with veggie toppings, but didn't have any fruit.

Today I had only 4 servings of zucchini, carrots, broccoli and cabbage.

While I was stronger on veggies than normal, I left fruit out altogether. It's been a wild past 2 days, but this weekend will be better. We are going to grill quite a bit, and I have a variety of mustard greens, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, apples, bananas and mixed berries. No desserts, just mixed berries and yogurt!

Hmm, today I had a banana, an orange, mixed veggies with shrimp for lunch and eggplant for supper. Just made it!
