Thanks for this challenge. I dropped of completely after my last challenge, but no longer.....

Success: 2 mile cardio, with upper body and I'll have a salad tonight, with plenty of veggies.

I need to work on my water intake. No exercise until after my surgery on the 8th so I am going to try to walk for at least 15 minutes a day this week.

I Plan to:

Add in more veggies and fruits.

Get back to at least 10 min of exercise daily.

Do you find yourself very busy in December?
Do you find it hard to keep motivated?

Do you need some new goals?

I invite you to pick a simple goal to achieve in the nest 7 days, post it here, and then do it!

It can be simple like:

Drink 8 glasses of water a day for a week
Find your Christmas ornaments by xxx.
Plan your Christmas shopping by xxx.
Do a new exercise.
Bring your lunch to work every day for a week.
Whatever you like.

I plan to do the plank at least 2 more days out of the next 7.
