Ok, I've been doing the exercise, just haven't logged it here. I'm also doing the 21 day, Leslie Sansone WATP, and it's hard to keep up, paper has been working well. Progress so far:
11-1: Walk/Jog - 2.5 miles - 32 min 11-2: 2 mi. WAWaistline/Upper body - 30 min 11-3: 2 mi Ultimate/upper body- 25 min 11-4: 2 mi Boot Camp/upper body - 30 min 11-5: 10 min walk 11-6: Sightseeing - 105 min (Charleston sightseeing/Picture taking/beach) 11-7: 6.5 mi Big Bridge Walk/Pier/Sightseeing 11-8: 2 mi brisk walk/upper body-30 min 11-9: 1 mi brisk walk outdoors - 20 min 11-10: 3 mi Walk/Jog/upper body - 40 min 11-11: Elliptical - 20 min(new record) 11-12: Rest! So far, exceeding my expectations!
