30lbs way to go.i like strength training actually,well any form of exercise it is just that i am not allowed to do it for a while because of the op.i quite like the idea of one budget food a day using a different food a day.lol.can´t speak for the others in the group though.
I like to mix up the challenges anyway, because a healthy lifestyle is not just about cardio, or just ST, or just calories, or just any one thing. It is a combination of things. The one requirement here is that they be low cost. I will not challenge people to go to they gym!
ST seems to be the least popular challenge of all. (I think I knew that going into this week, but I thought I would give it another chance anyway, because we all should be doing ST.)
One that we have not done yet, is a food tracker challenge. Just logging our food!
Or we could be sure to eat one budget friendly food a day - requiring a different food each day.
Or a water challenge...
Or... I am open to ideas.
PS - I used my son's bench press yesterday - 30 pounds.
hi diane this is a great challange but can we have a none exercise challange as well next week so i can join in?please. as i am now back and with time on my hands i will be able to join in the challange but i am not allowed to exercise ,bummer i know.just a thought lol.
