I did it! I arranged with my manager to piggyback my two fifteen minute breaks around my half hour lunch, and now I walk the bridges in St. Paul every day! It's wonderful!

20 Min cardio with Leslie Sansone 2 mile with strength training. And the elliptical for 10 min. Should have done that prior to the cardio.

Sounds like the challenge is going great for several of us! YEAH!!! My total steps for yesterday were 11,461, which included a 40 minute walk yesterday a.m.

So far today, I've completed my walk (40 minutes) which includes a MAJOR hill! So far I've got a little over 5,000 steps & it's just 8:30 a.m...

I would like to join this challenge. Stress is at an all time high right now I really need the encouragement to keep up my exercise. My goal is to Jazzercise 3x this week and throw in a walk or two. Good luck all.

I did it! Day 1 - walked for 40 minutes (brisk walk up a steep hill 1/3 of the way) and logged 10,961 steps for the day! Thanks for the boost!

Great challenge! I have been having a hard time getting back into my exercise routine since vacation, even though I walked myself silly. I did ok this week, but need some consistency. This should help.

My goal is to use the elliptical daily and one of my cardio DVD's.

I'm new at the elliptical and I'm trying to build up endurance on it, so I'll stay on it as long as I can then move on to the other cardio.

Ideally, I would like to ride my bike for 20 - 30 min. before and after work each day Monday to Friday. However, I don't always have time, and the weather does not always cooperate.

Providing the weather cooperates I will ride my bike for at least 30 min. straight at least 3 days this week.

If it doesn't...
I will do indoor cardio instead.

This is a quick one week challenge to meet your cardio goals.

Ideally we should be doing at least 30 min. at least 3 days a week. If for some reason you need to make that less, such as 10 min. a day, go ahead.

If you want to aim higher, go for it.

Post your goal here today or tomorrow. (Until Sunday, June 13th.)

Then post each day you make that day's part of the goal. Give yourself an emoticon!

We will continue until the end of the week - Saturday, June 19th. On Saturday, post whether or not you made the goal. If you did it, give your self a thumbs up.
