My goals for this month (well what's left of it):

Get my water in every day

Stay in my calorie/ nutrient ranges every day

Lose another 2 pounds by August 31st!

AUGUST GOALS:
************

1) Starting weight = 212#??
Goal weight = 205# by August 31st!!!!

2) Calorie Range =1460 - 1810 calories per day!!

3) Sodium will be under 3000 per day (per MD recommendation)!!

4) Fitness = I will exercise at least 30 min per day including a walk at least 5 times per week!!

5) Water = 10C per day!!

6) Eat breakfast within 1 hour of getting up at least 6 days a week.

My challenge is to remain RESOLUTE & COMMITTED to this plan!!!!

My Path to success includes:
1) Help from my Spark Friends!!
2) Surround myself with "positive" reminders that I CAN & WILL do this!!!! NO "negative" thoughts or people!!!!
3) Rejoice in something "positive" about myself daily!!!!

my goals for this month are:

...to quit drinking soda (day 4 today)

...to bump up the exercise to at least 45 minutes a day. I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and still doing my regular dvds and biking or elliptical

...I would love to lose 10 pounds this month!
