Does anyone add their recipes to calculate calories per serving?
I needed to calculate my calories for dinner tonight, so I used the "recipe calculator". At first, I just added the ingredients that actually have calories in them. (I skipped things like mustard seeds and bay leaves.) But then, on the Save and Submit section, it had places for all the ingredients, directions, etc. I copied and pasted from my Tastebook and credited PCRM for the recipe since it looked like it would be shared if I saved it. Then came all the disclosures at the bottom. Well, it's from another website and I really don't need to share it if it's against the rules, so I unchecked the boxes about sharing and getting comments.
So, is it shared just because I saved it? I don't want SP to delete the recipe from my food tracker or I will have to calculate my nutritional information all over again!
Any experience with this?
“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.” -John Lennon
