I would have just logged what they said on the side of the bag for one cup also. There may be an estimate of 12 cups in a bag but that is if every kernal pops and many times they don't.

So I was having a snack attack today and one of the neighbors had dropped off a gift with a box of Act II Kettle Corn in it. It gives the nutritional info for one cup on the side, then it proceeds to say there are 12 cups per bag. But wait a minute. I popped it and measured it and lo and behold it wasn't quite eight cups. So who do you believe, and how do you REALLY count this crummy stuff??? (I'm SO sorry I ate it!)

I logged it for today using their information, but that makes it 152 carbs and 72 g. of fat for a bag. That seems way out of whack to me. Or am I wrong?
