Thanks for the great article link Alicia - one change I am making is to not get weighed. I'm trying to adjust habits one by one, and view my success that way. It's a different mindset for me, but it is really making me concentrate on what I am doing and choosing.

I also am adopting the complex breakfast tip to see if that helps my night-hungry problem. I usually wake up at 4-5:00 AM, have coffee and eat later at my desk around 7:30. I'm not hungry until then. But even after a good lunch, I am starving from 4PM through dinner through until bedtime, and that is when most of my "extra" calories have been in my diet. So, Woke up today 4:00, 4:45 had egg, toast, tomato with my coffee. We'll see what happens.

Don't think of it as this time, think of it as lifetime.

Nice article. Thanks.

I drink PLENTY of water at work, and often ask for a carafe/pitcher at restaurants, but at home its a different story.

I really liked this article and thought I would share it here. Most of us know this stuff already, but I thought it was a great reminder that little improvements can make a big difference.

I'm terrible about drinking enough water. I really liked the idea of setting the table with a carafe of water for easy refills. Think I'll try it tonight!

Any changes you want to try?
