I absolutely love yoga, especially Kundalini! My current favorite cardio exercise is cycling.
I tried a Tabata class on Tuesday and really liked it. It's based on High Intensity Interval Training. The instructor was really upbeat. I think I'll go again!
My next fitness adventure is rock climbing. I bought a Groupon for 2 classes at a climbing club near the airport. The guys at REI strongly recommended them. Can't wait!
