I dragged myself away from pizza at the food court in Bradley airport and ate a toaster pastry instead. Probably saved about 400 calories.

We get so focused on the logging and the counting of what we do consume, and occasionally we pat ourselves on the back for not eating something - but we never take the time to figure out how much we avoided!
So I'm curious - how many "tempting" calories did you avoid today?
I for one have been battling the siren call of a cinnamon twist in the food court downstairs all week. So everyday I'm resisting that extra 500 gazillion calories :-) what about you?
