I love the positive message this list of superfoods gives. Rather than saying "don't eat this," the superfoods list says "eat more of these." I think that if we can get people to think in terms of what wonderful foods are available to them, then they will eat less garbage.

Just saw this online and thought I'd post here. While I don't eat fish and limit my dairy intake, I think there are some great foods on the list.
