Power 90 is one of the workouts from Beachbody.com. They do a lot of different workouts all on dvd. You have probably seen some of their infomercials. LOL
I have a hard time myself, which is why I like the videos. I can actually see in real time what I'm suppose to be doing and what my form should look like.
Power 90 is a 90 day workout. You alternate strength training one day, cardio/sculpt and abs then next day for six days a week, and take one day for rest. It comes with an eating plan which is very flexible. You're given the choice of several breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, and just pick one a day, or just stay within your calorie limit. It's entirely up to you.
I like it because I know what I'm suppose to do each day. It even has a calendar to help keep track of the workouts. I need the structure.
