I'm maintaining my weight and not losing. I lost too much before and decided to up my goal -- the healthy way -- and it was a great thing that I did -- too thin isn't always the healthiest and I feel alot better now that I'm more in range of where I should be.
Perhaps some have already reached their goal, or are already at their comfortable weight, but this thread is for those of us who are working on losing the unhealthy pounds that we have accumulated on our bodies, and want to be accountable for losing them!
You can check in any time you like, to let us know how you're doing, whether it's a 1 pound, 5 pound, 10 pound or whatever pound loss that you have accomplished, we want to celebrate with you!
I will check in the next time I get on the scale. I weigh at least once a week, sometimes more, depending on how I feel.
