2. Meditate, affirm and visualize my goals.
3. Eat 7 freggies, drink 2 cups of milk and 6 glasses of water.

i am going to stay eating the way i have been the past 4 weeks, mainly veges and fruit

i am going to continue going to the gym 3 times a week

i am going to take care of me and not let anybody distract me in any way from my goals
