I too am see-sawing with 298-303 for two weeks. My lesson is to give up the new Chinese restaurant, they obviously use too much MSG, regardless of how good my food choices are, each weekend, I gain 4 to 5 pounds and work all week to lose it. My lesson is clear now, but it took a few weeks for me to allow it to sink in.
