This is somethign I've just started doing on my blog!
It's really helping me. I list three things I will spend 15 minutes on.

It's 23:48 now, so I can't post for today, but tomorrow I shall:

1) Spend 5 minutes clearing the coffee table before going out.

2) Post the Router to my Dad

3) Spend 5 minutes clearing the coffee table after getting home.

Chris, We have a sticker chart and you earn a sticker for each day we do at least 30 min of exercise a week. We bought a crap ton of stickers and it feels great when you look at month filled with happy and encouraging stickers!

The three things I will do today:
1) Drink eight 8oz of water
2) Workout
3) Clean out the fridge!

didn't get as many trips up/down stairs tho....

WILL:

1) Do all the dishes and clean the sink before I go to bed. (DONE)

2) Make an attempt at cleaning the table in the basement (DONE - very glad I did this. I go down there every day to do laundry and just look at that messy table. All clean now with a new tablecloth. It's just my laundry table but still!)

3) Get on the Wii AND the exercise bike sometime today! (DONE - did the bike for 10 minutes, did the Wii for a little while...)

These things I can do. Having trouble with (OVER) eating....

1 - organize some of the "craft/scrapbook" shelf....argh!!! (I get the distinct feeling that it's similar to your "table" Chris....)

2 - clean off the kitchen counter....which is not quite as bad as the "shelf" or "table" but....close

3 - make ten extra trips up and down the stairs to accomplish the cleaning....
