Thank you too Courtney for putting up something that will truly be a challenge for me. I just got informed yesterday at one of my appointments that I am OCD without the O. I am also getting checked out for ADD. I didn't know that because I write lists for everything and don't do well outside of a routine that I have a compulsive disorder. There was other stuff that I can't remember now, but I am being put on other meds. One of which may make me lose weight!

Just in case anyone didn't go over to the new thread with the challenge on it, I am putting it up here.

NOTICE OUR NEW CHALLENGE BEGINS ON SUNDAY and ENDS ON A SATURDAY. THIS WILL ALLOW PEOPLE TO HAVE TIME TO GET THE NECESSITIES OF THE CHALLENGE.

AND THE TWO WEEK CHALLENGE IS:

1). No cookies, cake, candy bars, candy, chips - ie: JUNK FOOD, for 2 weeks. Replace your usual junk food intake with fruits and veggies!

2). To go along with the fruits/veggies, eat at least 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day. For serving reference guide please see this website (it includes more than fruits/veggies):

3). Do Cardio 3 times per week for 20 mins a day (at the least).

4). Lose 2% of your body weight. (Multiply your current body weight by .02)
