Sandwich size zip lock backs have become my newest friend. I am a "snacker" and always on the go. I found myself always reaching for an entire package of something and taking MORE than I should. So now, the night before or when time allows - I fill several zip lock bags (portion control) with a healthy snack - therefore when I feel the urge, I grab a "baggie" of choice instead of pulling out the whole package of cookies or chips.
I try to carry water with me everywhere!!! It works when I remember!!!

Then you read a small tip or trick to drink more water or eat more veggies, that finally makes it click and you go from struggling to do it to it becoming a habit that you don't even have to think about anymore.
