Oh yeah....That is a GREAT article. Preety cool site in general too. Thanks so much for sharing it.

Can we start a RUN "Challenge" for this?
Mon and/or Tues run for 15 seconds,
Wed/Thu run for 20 seconds,
Fri/Sat/Sun run for 35 seconds.

Exercising three times a week...flexible....starting small and building onto it in very small steps?

Failure- a stone on a path not the last one called success.
Planless gaol=a wish
Faithless dream=fleeting & amiss.
Progress-little to do with speed-much to do with direction.
Wiser to replace with better choices than to deny human nature-small smarter choice substitutions.

Unfortunately, Im one of those very complicated people...problematic.

It talks about our emotional brain....thats the ego part of the subconscious mind. I actually like to exercise, I enjoy the feeling of power, activity...a good sweat is a good thing. And yet I cant seem to find the motivation to actually get my butt doing it.
And then theres...- If I were to exercise regularly, I soon wouldnt match (self image) and I would be out of my comfort zone of being uncomfortable. Hense....FLIGHT. I just need a REALLY GOOD hypnotist. LOL

I'm afraid I'm one of 'those'....well I exercised, so I can eat ______ (fill in the blank) today. ....I'm so sore that I can't go back to the gym today..... I'm sure the article will be good motivation.

Trying to demand more of myself.

You know exercise is good for you, right? But regular exercise is like pushing water uphill. You do it for a couple of days - and then try and forget about it, because it’s just too hard. Sounds familiar?
