I'm finding it hard to meet the protein requirements, but at the same time am totally jazzed by the benefits of getting it in. I'm making progress and have increased my #'s quite a lot. And seen wt loss for the first time in a while.
I'm not vegetarian, but not that much of a meat eater either. I'm a little sick of it already after having it 2x a day! I do love fish and have added that, legumes, PNB, nuts and soy. Maybe I'll give the shakes a try. AM snack is the hardest. I am doing well waking up with that 16 oz. of water before bkfst, but chicken at 10am?? I don't think I can stomach that one:)
