Neeta, if I hate oatmeal for breakfast, I will either have a glass of soy milk or 3 egg whites fried (then I blot the oil off, we don't have cooking spray here...) with a teeny bit of ketchup. If I eat this, I won't be hungry for about 3 hours. Let us know what you try and what works for you!
PS...did you get the "window washer" email I sent to you?
I'm having a lot of trouble with my email provider...which is why I'm switching on Friday! Many emails are not getting through...didn't want you to think I had not responded to your last email...I did! :)
Have I ever called you a REALLY BAD name before...Lisa??? As I sit inside my home...frozen in...I am emitting "certain" thoughts in your direction...you're a psychic girl...what am I thinkin' right now....
Well......you could earn a trip too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I know, you prefer to stay there! I don't blame you...who wants to go to Cancun for an all inclusive trip...everything paid for...food, drinks, fun!
Your Boss should appreciate how wonderful you are and give you a really great Christmas bonus this year....right Lisa!!!??? Do you ever take yourself out for a business luncheon with yourself...er...your boss...you're never "inappropriate" are you???
I agree -- a bowl of oatmeal with fruit, but without protein, would put me under the table in an hour. However, I love oat bran, so I add some goat's milk protein powder and almond butter or sunflower seeds, and maybe some unsweetened cocoa (the goat's milk powder is naturally sweet), and I'm rarin' to go for a long time. Hope this helps!
