Neeta, if I hate oatmeal for breakfast, I will either have a glass of soy milk or 3 egg whites fried (then I blot the oil off, we don't have cooking spray here...) with a teeny bit of ketchup. If I eat this, I won't be hungry for about 3 hours. Let us know what you try and what works for you!

I agree -- a bowl of oatmeal with fruit, but without protein, would put me under the table in an hour. However, I love oat bran, so I add some goat's milk protein powder and almond butter or sunflower seeds, and maybe some unsweetened cocoa (the goat's milk powder is naturally sweet), and I'm rarin' to go for a long time. Hope this helps!
