I'm just as dense Donna, because I couldn't come up with what the FM stood for either, but it obviously has to do with the exercise component. I thought maybe the M was for movement, but then didn't know what the F would be.

Here's a thought...and I'll just throw this out here. How about some kind of combo challenge? One that accumulates points for doing things.

For example:
5 points for exercising at least 10 minutes a day
5 points for staying in your calorie range each day
5 points for doing something outdoors (I know...kinda hard with all the rain, but it can be done)
and 5 points for maintaining a streak (which one would have to claim at the start)

You could get 20 points per day and they would be totaled up on a weekly basis and goodies given to the top 3 or 4 each week.

This gives anyone a chance to score some points and keep their fitness and nutrition goals in full swing during the summer.

Obviously we have a few days to consider all ideas so if y'all like this or want to change it up let's discuss!

I think it would be nice to do a July challenge. I have to apologize to those who have been doing the June one because I have not been keeping up with it. I think part of it is that we didn't have as many participants and I got a it discouraged, but that is no excuse. I wasn't even entering my own results, although I have posted what I have done on another team I am part of so I can go back and catch up the days that I did my exercise (which will be most days but I did miss a couple). I will award goodies to those who have participated but I probably won't go back and try to do it on a weekly basis.

I like the challenges too, but it seems like they are not as popular in the summer months, and I'm out of ideas too. If we do one, I would probably take part.

Karl, I'm sure help is needed with the team. It is very difficult for one person to do it all.
I co-lead a couple of teams.
