Instead of tracking fitness minutes for June, let's see if we can keep an exercise streak going. It is a good idea to alternate cardio with strength training, but let's see if we can keep a streak going for the entire month. Small amounts of exercise add up, so any day that you do at least 10 minutes of some type of fitness/exercise will count. Ideally we should be doing more than 10 minutes most days, but on a busy day 10 minutes is better than no minutes.
Next to the day just type the word "done" if you did your exercise for that day. I broke the month out by week (Sunday - Saturday), but included an extra day in the first and last weeks. If you copy and paste from below into your own post you can simply edit it each time you want to update your progress. At the end of each week I will give SparkGoodies to anyone who kept their streak going for the entire week.
