I finally had a chance to look at the final totals for April and award SparkGoodies to the top three and also to everyone who completed the challenge. First place honors for the month go to LOVEMYBOOBUG with 3230 minutes. Wow! Second place goes to CANDOIT54 who was not far behind with 3037 minutes. Third place goes to yours truly (SOVTWALKER) with 1640 minutes. Thank you to everyone who participated and I hope you are all planning to continue with the May Fitness Minutes Challenge.

The last few weeks have been abnormal as far as my work is concerned. I really like the fitness challenge. It gets me moving. Now if I could just remember to record my activity. I'm back to normal hours for work, but now I have my daughter's college graduation coming up. It's always something, but I'm not using that as an excuse anymore.

Let's continue to track minutes. Perhaps we can challenge ourselves to try a new workout. and Post that as well. Does anyone use the video's that are available? If someone knows of a good one that might targets arms, legs, etc. we could challenge ourselves to try one and post it.

Unless I hear a new idea that will work, I think we should continue tracking our fitness minutes. It works for everyone because whatever activity you choose will count. Please be sure to get your minutes for last week updated by the end of this evening so I can tally everyone's minutes for the week and see who has earned a SparkGoodie this week. We are rapidly running out of time for April, but you still have a little time to add up some April minutes.

I finally had time to look up the week 3 fitness minutes totals tonight and I have sent SparkGoodies to some of you. For week 3, first place honors goes to CANDOIT54 with 770 minutes and second place honors goes to LOVEMYBOOBUG with 695 minutes. I was quite a ways behind in third place with 420 minutes. I'm not sure if some people are losing interest or if they simply got busy and didn't take time to post an update, but I noticed a couple of you that only had minutes logged for a couple of days this time.

It looks like most of you had updated your totals for week 2. Based on those who had entered fitness minutes for week 2, this week the award for most minutes goes to LOVEMYBOOBUG with 755 minutes. 2nd place goes to ANDOIT54 with 617 minutes, and in 3rd place is ZIRCADIA with 475 minutes. ZIRCADIA also had the largest increase over last week. You have been given SparkGoodies for your accomplishments this past week. Anyone who showed an increase over their total for week 1 was given a Spark Goodie. I noticed some of you were sick this past week. I do hope you are all feeling better and will have a good week for week 3! Let's move those feet!

I'm not sure if everyone had finished updating their minutes for week one or not, but based on the entries as of a few minutes ago the leader for week one is LOVEMYBOOBUG with 640 minutes. emoticon

In second place was BESCATS with 430 and in third place was CANDOIT54 with 380 minutes.

Congratulations to all who participated in week one! The top three recieved a ribbon SparkGoodie. Everyone else who logged minutes got a Gold Star for participation, except for a couple of you who apparently do not have a SparkPage so I was unable to send you a SparkGoodie.
