This is a new spot for any personal challenge you might want to post on or fast break goal you need to keep tabs on. We'll be here to route for you, and encourage each other. My goals are 180 minutes of exercising, and staying within my calorie range of 1300 to 1500 calories a day. My fast break goals are 1 fruit a day, writing in my journal every day, and using 1 piece of exercise equipment everyday. Any other thoughts out there?
