DRINK YOUR 8 CUPS OF WATER: Besides being a vital component of your body, water also helps to reduce weight. The more hydrated you are, the quicker your metabolism works. When you are dehydrated – even before you start becoming thirsty – your liver has to help the kidneys function and can’t metabolize fat as quickly. Your metabolism slows down, causing some unwanted fat to remain.
C'MON, TAKE 15 MIN FOR YOURSELF: No one's life is more hectic than ours my pretties. 15 minutes is TOO LITTLE actually, so you should be able to tick this one off every day. Read a book, take a shower or bath, go for a wallk or lie down in bed. Just take time to center yourself.
MAKE YOUR 7,500 DAILY STEPS: It should be 10,000, but you're getting a break until we all get good at this! I've got my 10,000 steps down to a science, after I've worked my full day and done what little walking I do, it equates to about 1 hour of walking or 40 minutes of elliptical. You may not get there every day, but if you get a pedometer I SWEAR it will nag at you when you don't!
