Thank you Scrappy, So close I was but oh well I am still plugging away at it. I am 21 workouts away from 200. I like the idea of the new goal so a big yes for me.

Great work, DARCIE! Being regular with your workouts is a very good thing! Even if you didn't quite make the 100 workouts, you put up a very good showing.

Everyone: What do you think? Should we set a new goal for 3 a week? WE could put a new goal tracker for three a week and make the goal correspond to how many want to join the challenge.

I have tracked it ever since I found "Other" goals, but that took a while. Anyway I will keep it up... promise:) I'm still finding my way around the site. The 28-day Bootcamp put out a sticky note with instruction about where to track their goals that helped. It also took till now for me to figure out "huddle." Be patient I'm learning (slowly)!!!

Good for you! Did you join the challenge at the bottom of the SparkTeam page and keep track on the "other goals" page? I wish we had a better showing on the goal challenges. I'm not so good at this leader thing, but I would really like to challenge ALL of us to track that goal! I'm thinking about putting a new goal challenge out - that one has been there the whole time I've been here - 10 months.

I've very faithfully gone to curves 3xs a week since I started, but I'm sure I joined this group way too late to be relevant. Doesn't matter... I love the program and will continue not less than 3xs a week from now on:) Thanks for the update anyway. - Donna

WE DID IT!

I'm so glad we stuck with it and DID IT! We are all winners! We are all more healthy than we were when we started.

20 people posted that first week; 15 posted 3 or more workouts that week! 12 more people started later and posted at least once. By week 12, we were down to the 7 who were still posting on week 33 and we added Westigal in our week 14; she has been posting every week since (took one week off for a nasty respiratory infection but is back on).

We already know that Jeannie a.k.a. LJCANNON reached her 100th workout in week 19! She also reached her goal weight and she continues to workout 6 days a week, most weeks.

I'm still waiting for a few responses - some weeks where there are blanks - maybe someone forgot to post for the week???

Here is what I have right now for the end of week 33:
