WE DID IT!
I'm so glad we stuck with it and DID IT! We are all winners! We are all more healthy than we were when we started.
20 people posted that first week; 15 posted 3 or more workouts that week! 12 more people started later and posted at least once. By week 12, we were down to the 7 who were still posting on week 33 and we added Westigal in our week 14; she has been posting every week since (took one week off for a nasty respiratory infection but is back on).
We already know that Jeannie a.k.a. LJCANNON reached her 100th workout in week 19! She also reached her goal weight and she continues to workout 6 days a week, most weeks.
I'm still waiting for a few responses - some weeks where there are blanks - maybe someone forgot to post for the week???
Here is what I have right now for the end of week 33:
